About the exhibition
The presentation elaborated by the Warsaw Rising Museum in cooperation with the Stiftung Topographie des Terrors in Berlin documented events during the Nazi era in Poland and was thus also contribute to present German-Polish relationships. The exhibition was presented under the honorary patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda, and the President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Joachim Gauck.
In addition to the exhibition an accompanying programme of films and lectures took place in cooperation with the Warsaw Rising Museum and the General Consulate of the Republic of Poland in Munich. Additional elements of the exhibition had been the 6-minute film Miasto Ruin (City of Ruins) and the interactive website www.warsawrising.eu.
